Monitoring and periodically reviewing your credit report is an effective tool in fighting identity theft.  

Request your Credit Report:

This website allows you to request a no-cost credit report once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

If you think you may soon be experiencing a financial setback, Five County Credit Union is here to help. We encourage all members who are experiencing any kind of financial distress to contact us as soon as possible, ideally before the situation becomes overwhelming. Every situation is unique, and we will attempt to develop a solution to fit your individual needs.

  • Re-writing or doing an extension on your Five County loan, (approval required) to determine whether we can extend the term of your loan and/or lower your payments.

Credit card fraud generally occurs when cards or card numbers are compromised. To dispute a transaction, print and complete a Debit/Credit Card Dispute Form and contact a CU representative.
