  • Go to fivecounty.com and click “First time user? Enroll now.”
  • Type your Social Security Number; your member account number, found in the top right-hand corner of your statements; your email address; and phone number that we have on file…and then click “Next.”
  • Type the verification code sent to the phone number provided on the previous screen. If you do not receive a verification code after 30 seconds, select either “Resend” or “Try another way.” Once the code is entered, click “Verify.”
  • Read through the “End User License Agreement” and then click “Accept.”
  • Click “Accept” to agree to the “Terms of Service.”
  • Type a username. Remember, your username must be between 8 and 15 characters in length, begin with a letter, and cannot contain any special characters. Type a password. Your password must be between 8 and 20 characters long and any special characters used must be from the list found in the “allowable special characters” section of the password rules. Retype your password and then click “Next.”
And that’s it! You are now registered for Online Banking.

  • You must call from a number listed on your account.
  • You will need to verify SSN, card expiration date, and the CVV code on the back of the card.
